1. Refusal of Service

-
Sanguis Divini Art has the right to deny any client or commission for any reason such as:
- Being rude
- Harassment
- Threatening language
- Other related situations
-
Any behavior relating to the above will result in a blacklist in which SDA will no longer provide services to the client
-
I do not take suit commissions for clients under 18 (this excludes small parts commissions). Minors must have an adult/guardian take responsibility for the commission for suits or heads.

2. Payments and deposits

-
Payment is made in USD via invoice (Paypal can be used through the invoice)
-
Quotes are valid for 1 month after the date delivered. A new quote will be required past the 1 month mark.
-
A non refundable deposit of 30% will be required to secure a slot.
-
Final payment is required BEFORE the start of the commission
-
Payment plans ARE accepted and are flexible. Delays in payments will delay the start/finish date
-
Tax is not included in the price quote
-
Rush fees will be assessed for commissions that require a deadline before our minimum estimated completion time for said commission
-
We do not take holds without a deposit or down payment

3. Refunds

-
Physical product refund schedule:
-
70% if work has not begun

25% refund if work is up to half complete
-
No refund if commission is past half completion
-
-
If you change your mind on a commission or fail to meet payment deadlines then SDA retains the right to retain, modify, and/or sell the product
-
A missed payment with no contact from the customer will be considered a cancellation and a refund will not be issued and you will lose rights to commission and will result in a blacklist. We understand situations happen but please contact us if the payment plan needs to be modified to see if a resolution can be made
-
Poor communication may result in a cancellation - please understand we have to run a business and communicate with us!

4. Shipping

-
Quotes do not include shipping
-
The client is responsible for consideration and payment of shipping/tariffs and other postal charges
-
Shipping must be paid before physical products are sent
-
ALL physical products (besides stickers, keychains, and other non handmade small merch) will be insured through the post office
-
I am NOT responsible for issues on the postal service's end. I know shipping companies can be.. not the best sometimes but I cannot take responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen products but I will do my best to work on a resoution and is why everything is insured.
-
I offer con pickups for free if local (Dallas/Fort worth) or up to $70 to cover airport baggage costs

5. Warranty/Repairs/Alterations

-
I offer a 1 year warranty on all fursuit parts including premades and includes any repair/alterations that are my fault such as seam rips.
-
If warranty is needed, please contact me as soon as you notice with photos and a description of the issue to determine coverage and prevent further issues
-
Warranty does not cover damage due to shipping - all packages are VERY carefully packaged with due care
-
Shipping costs are to be covered by the client
-
Anything sent back must be clean and free of odors otherwise an appropriate cleaning fee will be charged
-
If repairs are made by the customer or another person - the warranty may be voided. Please contact me before doing this

6. Changed after commission has started

-
I will make small changes after we have started the commission and will fix any mistakes on my end. Major changes need to be made ASAP as extra costs may be incurred
-
Significant changes to a commission and additional parts will require a new quote and additional invoices

7. Duct Tape Dummies (DTD)

-
a DTD is required for ALL suit commissions that require work on the main body (excluding armsleeves)
-
DTDs must be taped back together neatly and without overlapping edges or it will rip when we stuff it. A service fee of $50 will be incurred if SDA is required to repair it.
-
Significant issues with the dummy that results in it being unusable will require a new one to be sent
-
It is recommended to tape as close to your armpit as possible to ensure mobility.
-
Alterations due to a bad DTD is not covered under warranty
-
It is HIGHLY - and I can't stress this enough - HIGHLY recommended to check out Youtube videos on how to properly make a DTD. Here are some great videos we recommend!
